Norfolk Local ("we", "us", "our") is an online local business and events directory for Norfolk, operated by Anglia Computer Solutions. If you submit a business listing or event, we collect the information you provide (business name, address, contact details, description, images, website URL, etc.) in order to publish and maintain your listing on the site. Legal basis: performance of a contract / legitimate interests.

Contact forms and enquiries

When you contact us via our contact form or submit a news tip, we collect your name, email address and message content. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to requests).

Reviews and comments

If you post a review or comment, the content is associated with your account and displayed publicly alongside your name. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Newsletter subscriptions

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and maintain a subscription record. We only send marketing emails with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send. Legal basis: consent.

Advertising

If you purchase advertising space on Norfolk Local, we collect your name, email address, payment information (processed by our payment provider) and advertising creative materials. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
