NWT Sweet Briar Marshes - Practical conservation task (Adult event 18 September)

On Friday, 18 September 2026, from 9:00am at the BMX track in Sloughbottom Park, join the Urban Reserve team for a practical conservation task at NWT Sweet Briar Marshes. This hands-on activity is perfect for adults with no prior experience needed. The event will help protect and maintain this important reserve, ensuring it remains a safe haven for local wildlife. Please bring waterproof shoes or wellies as the terrain can be uneven. Further details will be sent in the week leading up to the event. Dogs are welcome on short leads but must stay on paths to avoid disturbing livestock and wildlife.
